Operator and agreement

The operator identified on the Business Information page provides FootForAll. FootForAll is a service name, not a separate legal person. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.

Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement. You must provide a truthful birth date. Accounts identified as belonging to a minor may be restricted or closed.

Digital platform, not match organiser

FootForAll hosts digital tools and user-provided information. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific event, matches are created, arranged and conducted independently by users. The operator does not select participants, control the venue, supervise play, act as referee, provide medical care or guarantee that a match takes place.

• A user shown as organiser is responsible for the arrangements they choose to control.
• A venue operator is responsible for its premises and services to the extent required by law and its own agreement.
• A referee acts independently within the role accepted for the match. A profile or verification label describes checks performed by the service and is not a guarantee of competence, safety or outcome.

Free pilot and no payments

During the current pilot, no payment is required through FootForAll. The platform does not charge cards, hold funds, process refunds or make payouts. Configured prices and potential revenue figures are non-financial planning data only. Any future payment service will require separate activation, updated information and prospective terms; registrations created while payment was not required remain free.

Accounts and roles

Keep your credentials confidential, maintain accurate profile information and use only accounts and roles you are entitled to use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access. Do not impersonate another person, evade restrictions, scrape the service abusively or interfere with security.

Participation and safety

Football is physical activity with inherent risks. Before joining a match you must review and acknowledge the Match Participation and Safety Policy. Participation is voluntary and you remain responsible for assessing your health, ability, equipment and the visible conditions. Acknowledgement does not waive any right or liability that cannot lawfully be waived.

User content and community conduct

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and to meet legal obligations. You must have the necessary rights and follow the Community and Content Rules.

Moderation and account restrictions

Content may be removed or its visibility restricted, and accounts may be warned, suspended or closed, when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or comply with law. The Moderation, Complaints and Illegal Content Policy explains reporting, decisions and appeals. Measures are intended to be proportionate to the available facts and risk.

Availability and records

The pilot may change, pause or end. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, that every user-provided statement is accurate, or that any match will proceed. Match, rating and reputation features are service records and may be corrected where integrity, law or fairness requires.

Liability boundary

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent users, organisers, referees or venue operators; the condition of third-party premises; ordinary risks of football; or loss not caused by a breach attributable to the operator. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by the operator’s negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer and data-protection rights.

Ending use, changes and law

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Material changes will be published with a new version and, where required, notified before they apply. Greek law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence. Competent courts are determined by mandatory law. Contact support before formal proceedings so the issue can be reviewed.
