Respect and inclusion

Treat players, organisers, referees, venue staff and support personnel with respect. Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, hate speech, discrimination and unwanted sexual conduct are prohibited, including conduct based on nationality, ethnicity, race, religion, sex, gender, disability, age or sexual orientation.

Safe sporting conduct

Do not encourage violence, dangerous play, retaliation, deliberate injury, crowd disorder or participation while materially impaired. Follow applicable match rules and lawful venue safety requirements. Use emergency services—not platform reports—for urgent danger.

Authenticity and match integrity

Use accurate identity and role information. Do not impersonate, falsify licences or venue rights, manipulate line-ups, scores, events, attendance, ratings or reviews, arrange fraudulent results, or misuse another person’s invitation or account. Reviews must relate to a genuine experience.

Content and privacy

Submit only lawful content you are entitled to share. Do not publish personal contact details, medical information, private messages or images of another person without a lawful basis. Prohibited content includes exploitation, illegal goods, malware, scams, intellectual-property infringement and instructions facilitating serious wrongdoing.

Spam and service abuse

Do not send repetitive unsolicited invitations, scrape or harvest data, automate abusive traffic, bypass access controls, probe security without authorisation or use FootForAll to advertise unrelated services. Responsible security reports should be sent privately to support.

Enforcement

We may preserve evidence and issue a warning, limit visibility, remove content, correct integrity records, restrict a feature, suspend an account or close it. The response depends on severity, context, recurrence, risk and legal obligations. You can report and appeal under the Moderation, Complaints and Illegal Content Policy.
