Export or delete your account

Deletion process

1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Confirm the request with your current password.
3. Support verifies and processes the request, normally within 30 days.
4. You receive status updates using your account email.

What deletion does

• Revokes active sessions and removes or anonymises profile information.
• Removes public media and profile visibility.
• Keeps only records that must be retained for safety, disputes or law, with access restricted.
• Does not create any payment or cancellation charge.

Limited retention

Some match integrity, security, complaint or legal records may be anonymised or retained for a limited period. Support will explain an applicable exception on request.
