Data we process

We process only the information needed to operate accounts, organise matches, maintain safety and support users.

• Account and profile details, including name, email, birth date, gender, city, language and optional football profile fields.
• Match participation, check-in, match events, statistics, ratings, reviews and role information.
• Venue, referee and organiser information supplied when those roles are used.
• Session, device, IP, audit and security records needed to protect the service.
• Support requests, complaints, consent choices and privacy settings.

Purposes and legal bases

We use data to provide the requested service, administer the pilot, prevent abuse, respond to support requests and meet legal obligations. Depending on the operation, the legal basis is performance of the service requested by you, legitimate interests in operating a safe platform, consent, or a legal obligation. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

Who can receive data

Profile and match information is shown to other participants, organisers, referees or venue managers only as required by the feature and your privacy settings. Hosting, database, storage and email providers process data on our instructions. We may disclose data to authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active. After a deletion request, data is erased or anonymised unless limited retention is required for safety, disputes, fraud prevention or law. Backups expire on their normal rotation. The operator documents any retained category and its reason.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection or deletion. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or the authority in your country. Use the account page for export and deletion, or contact the privacy email shown above.

Security and changes

FootForAll uses access controls, encrypted transport, audited administrative actions and restricted production secrets. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Material changes to this notice will be published here with a new update date.
