Moderation, Complaints and Illegal Content Policy
How to report content or conduct, how decisions are made and how to request review.

How to report
Email the published support address with “Report” or “Illegal content notice” in the subject. Reports should identify the exact profile, match, review, image or message; provide its URL or reference; explain the concern and legal basis where known; include supporting facts; and provide the reporter’s name and email, except where law allows an anonymous notice. State that the information is submitted in good faith.
Emergencies and immediate harm
FootForAll reporting is not monitored as an emergency channel. For immediate danger, injury, abuse or suspected crime, contact venue staff, emergency services or the competent authority first. Send a platform report afterward if content or account action is also needed.
Review process
We acknowledge sufficiently identified reports and assess the relevant content, these rules, applicable law, context, urgency, rights of affected users and available evidence. We may request clarification, preserve records, temporarily limit access or refer a matter to a competent authority. Decisions are intended to be timely, objective, non-discriminatory and proportionate.
Possible decisions
Where legally permitted, affected users receive the main reason, scope and available review route. We do not disclose another person’s confidential or personal information merely because a report was submitted.
- No action where the report cannot be substantiated or the content is permitted.
- Correction, reduced visibility, removal or access restriction for specific content.
- Warning, feature restriction, temporary suspension or account closure.
- Preservation or disclosure required by a valid legal order or necessary to address an emergency.
Internal complaint and appeal
A user affected by a moderation decision, or a reporter who believes a notice was mishandled, may request internal review by replying to the decision or emailing support. Identify the decision and explain the error. Submit the request within six months where possible. A person not involved in the original decision will review it where practicable; mandatory external remedies remain available.
Misuse of reporting and the service
Manifestly illegal content and repeated serious violations may lead to suspension. Repeated notices or complaints that are clearly unfounded may also be restricted after warning. We consider number, proportion, seriousness, consequences and apparent intent before taking such a step. Good-faith mistakes do not by themselves constitute abuse.
Point of contact and transparency
The support email on the Business Information page is the electronic point of contact for users and authorities concerning content. Communications may be sent in English or Greek; Russian user support is also available. We retain moderation records as described in the Privacy Notice and publish any transparency information required for the operator’s applicable size and service category.
